The Mothers Day Weekend Post I Wanted to Write
In case you missed it, we had a very eventful Mothers Day weekend with Little A (unfortunately, not in a good way - read all about it here), so now that it's over and A is on the mend, here's the Mothers Day weekend post I wanted to write, this one is much more positive and drama-free!
On Saturday, we all went out for a lovely meal at the Three Crowns in Brinkworth to celebrate my Nan & Grandad's golden wedding anniversary (50 years, impressive!). We has a really great meal and time and A was running around like a madman (and practising walking up & down steps, he's not so good at that), and stealing a little girls toys, books and fruit purée pouches (to be fair, she did offer it to him).
An Update on Archie
Firstly, I just wanted to thank all of those who got in contact with me regarding our story. I was completely astounded and overwhelmed at how many of you commented/sent messages of well-being/shared your own horror stories with me!
A is still poorly, not eating alot and very cuddly, but he is so much better than he was and he's on the mend as you can see below. This infection has really put him through it, one minute he'll appear to be back to his normal self and the next, he's clearly not feeling himself at all. We're just very grateful it wasn't something much more serious!
